Before posting or collection ~ If you wish to cancel your order you will receive a complete refund, including postage.

 

Before posting or collection ~ If you would like to cancel specific items in your order, you’ll be refunded for those items and may receive a partial refund on postage, if it falls into a cheaper shipping category.

 

After posting or collection ~ Sorry I cannot cancel orders or give refunds for posted or collected items.

 

If your parcel is damaged in transit please contact me for tracking number, all orders will be tracked and insured.

• Books. Sorry I cannot cancel orders once posted but a full refund will be give for books received in an unsatisfactory condition not stated in description. Buyer pays return postage when required.
